CTLF WiseWomen DCPA Wine Around and Behind-the-Curtain Tour

Description

We have a special evening for CTLF WiseWomen planned for Wednesday, October 4 at the Denver Center for Performing Arts (DCPA). 

Join us for the lighthearted, airy production of one of Sondheim’s most beloved musicals, A Little Night Music. Additionally, we will enjoy a unique, private behind-the-curtains tour of DCPA, together with a COMPLIMENTARY wine and cheese reception with DCPA Board Leadership just for us WiseWomen. Truly a spectacular evening at the Theater! 

The backstage tour and wine and cheese reception starts at 4:30 PM, and the show begins at 7 PM. Tickets for the show are $100 for VIP seats and $80 for regular. Both include the free tour and wine reception. Or just join us for the tour and wine reception before the show, which is FREE!! 

We’ll need reservations ASAP so DCPA can reserve VIP and regular seats so we can sit together. (They are already on sale to the public and selling out fast!) They also want to plan the right amount of wine and cheese for the reception. DEADLINE for registering is 9/15/23 so we can secure tickets. Winner of seven Tony Awards, A Little Night Music has inspired decades of theatre lovers with its masterful music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim (Company, West Side Story), an unforgettable book by Hugh Wheeler (Candide, Sweeney Todd), and its iconic number, “Send in the Clowns.” From DCPA: Love makes fools of us all. Lean into the comedy of A Little Night Music, which traces the plotting, flirting, and foibles of three affluent couples in circa-1900 Sweden. In the middle of Nordic summer, where the sun barely sets, lovers waltz in and out of each other’s lives and arms during a weekend romp in the country.
