CTLF's Enneagram Workshop (BEN Registration)

In this workshop with Bob Neuman and Brian Gast, participants will learn about the Enneagram system, its history, applications to business, how it can increase leadership, relationship, team performance, personal growth, among other uses.

Participants will learn about all 9 Enneagram “types” and the strengths and potential areas of development that come with each type and they will become very familiar with their dominant type.

We will explore the implications of their patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving on their leadership and all of their relationships (we can focus this more on communication or team dynamics but are currently thinking of focusing on leadership).

The Enneagram is not designed to limit or put people in a box but to allow them to eventually move beyond habitual ways of thinking and behaving.

Participants will leave with greater self-mastery and a plan on how they may improve their leadership effectiveness using the self-awareness and self-mastery that comes with understanding the Enneagram.
