CTLF WiseWomen Operational Planning Session

You're invited to the WiseWomen Operational Planning Session on December 1st. This is an opportunity for all members who are interested to attend and help shape how the WiseWomen program operates and prioritizes activities and decisions. We review the overarching planning every 3-4 years, so it's foundational to our program design. It's a great way to learn about our history and how the magic of WiseWomen is created and to share your input, ideas, and possibilities. 11:30am-12pm   Intro, Outcome, and Expectations (Lunch included)
12-1:30pm           What is Kaizen – What’s Working / What’s Not Working
1:30-3pm             Current State Assessment and Future Desired State Definition
3-4:30pm             How are we closing gaps between current and future state?
4:30-5pm             Wrap up and Next Steps
After 5pm            Happy Hour (not included in ticket price)
