This cohort is for entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior leaders.

Meeting virtually for the following dates on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 3:30-5:30 pm
Purpose: To intentionally design the leadership we desire for ourselves
During this experience, you'll be immersed in challenging introspection, discuss how to remove roadblocks, create a personalized leadership design, and nurture peer relationships.
The insights you gain will help you learn to maintain your personal wellbeing while growing your company, help you understand your own genius so that you can make it a central part of your role, and help you think deeply about challenges and obstacles that tend to be a struggle, even for seasoned leaders.
In this 6-session facilitated journey, you’ll deeply engage with peers around a variety of topics to help you disrupt your leadership in the best way. As a participant, you'll emerge with clarity and tools to help you move forward as a designer of your leadership and life.
